I am currently working with them for a chapter 13 and all I have been getting is the run around from my case worker.. never returns phone calls or available I keep being told she will call me the next day and then doesn't till a week or two later. Then when she does tells me she will send me an email if they need anything else from me and never happens.. now my case is being postponed because of her negligence to perform her job and I'm getting my wages garnished now. What a horrible experience so far.
Thank you for the feedback Brian, I understand your frustrations. The court has VERY specific requirements on the documents we need to provide as well as the quality of which they are provided. On top of that we have had staffing issues over the past few months, which have now all been resolved with some great quality new staff. We truly appreciate your patience and it looks like we are going to be able to get your case filed within the next week or so to stop the garnishment.
