Im not one to give out bad reviews on local businesses but I couldn’t help myself on this one. Tim was the worse attorney I’ve ever worked with before. His communication is that of a 5th grader. We practically guaranteed a chapter 7 and after money exchanged and a couple months later everything changed and was told we wouldn’t qualify for a 7. We decided that he knew best so went with a chapter 13 repayment plan. We were getting 700 dollar deducted monthly before our case was even closed! Did that about 6 months and numbers kept not adding up with courts so we agreed the best thing was to cancel the bankrupcy and refile later on. Well Tim forgot to do this for a couple months so we kept on paying wondering why we were. Turns out he just plain forgot to send paperwork over. Bankruptcy is already a very stressful time and he made it 10x worst. I can’t believe this guy is practicing law. We went to a new attorney and was able to easily qualify for a 7. Only reason I’m doing this is so maybe I can help out a couple people and save them the pain that you will deal with if you have him as a lawyer. If I could give a half a star I would and that would still be to much for what he deserves. Be better Tim Coleman. Yakima is a small town that deserves better then what you offer.

Kolton, we appreciate the feedback. I reviewed your file and it looks like at the time the bankruptcy was filed your financial circumstances were such that it was not possible to file your case as a 7, and it appears those issues were discussed at length with Mr. Coleman. Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases can sometimes be complicated with the results not always what a client wants but what is achievable given the circumstances at that time. After the 13 was filed, it appears you had changes in your finances due to work related income changes and Tim recommended dismissing the 13, waiting until the changes in your finances had solidified, and then filing a new Chapter 7. Once your financial circumstances changed, you were in a position to file a Chapter 7 and we are glad you were able to and it appears to have worked out for you. We wish you the best going forward and hope you make the most of your fresh start.

Ella Wilson is a godsend. She took care of all of my issues and made the process as easy as possible. I really appreciate her hard work, attention to detail, and willingness to help! In addition to Ella's continued outstanding service, I recently encountered some challenges. I reached out to Lars Olsen, one of the partners, and he promptly ensured that everything was taken care of. I also want to thank Tim Coleman for taking the time to thoroughly walk me through everything, and Miki Reinen, for making filing my paperwork a breeze. I truly appreciate the accountability and dedication to resolving client concerns and the overall amazing customer service. With such strong leadership and staff, I can confidently recommend OlsenDaines' services. You will be happy you chose them!!

Thank you for getting back in touch with me Tim.

I apologize for missing your phone calls on December 4. Each time you called I was on the phone, and unable to pick up. I try to make sure I return all phone calls before I go home at night, but unfortunately on that day I was unable to do so. I do apologize. As I have already told you, in the context of bankruptcy I do not think a Chapter 7 bankruptcy would be of much help to you because it would not eliminate the lien the bail bond has on your home. A chapter 13 is not really an option either because you can't afford to pay the bond back within the 5 years we are given in Chapter 13. I understand you are frustrated with the situation and that bankruptcy might not be your best option, but I do wish you the best of luck going forward.

Started off really nice however deadlines were missed paperwork was lost there was confusion all around and my lawyer gaslite me and was extremely defensive and argumentative blamed me for all their mistakes and failures. I was just trying to understand and he unloaded. My hearing was delayed because of him giving me the wrong deadline. The one time that we met him he showed up in tennis shoes and jeans and a t-shirt looking like he had just rolled out of bed. They sent another person's paperwork to me on accident. Beware.

Bryon, we appreciate the feedback. While we disagree on your assessment of the process, we understand there is a lot of paperwork the law requires us to get from you and sometimes the court is not satisfied with the documentation you have provided, which is very frustrating. I'm glad however, that we were able to get your case filed within 9 days of you first contacting us and that the end result is that you are going to get the fresh financial start that you are seeking. Please feel free to call me at any time to discuss your concerns. Lars Olsen, Managing Partner.
