i was trying to get my baby set up for a therapist and i received a call from Veronica Hernandez… that lady was a complete mess. she was not rude but when talking to me, she seemed like she was possibly on drugs. she could not finish a thought/ sentence, and she did not seem to know what was going on. she then canceled on a scheduled evaluation and ghosted me after. it sucks even more when your baby is needing therapy and people like this are playing with a baby’s livelihood.

I would not recommend this company if you want your child to get to where they need to be this is not the place. The therapist lack communication, there extremely lazy late and simply don’t reach out about anything. The lady that was my son’s speech therapist continuously wanted me to cancel services because he stated school. Mind you he does not speak and needs the help he’s 5 years old. She was constantly late and never once reached out to me just stopped coming. Then the office calls me blaming me saying my son needs to be removed from there speech because I failed to do the meetings but I have been waiting for them. Then when I told her it’s on them she said well I can talk to my manager about it. Then proceeded to say well we don’t have therapist available at 4:00pm once upon a time is just not professional it should be shut down because there so fraudulent.

I highly do not recommend this company I received a phone call from here because my child doctor sent a referral in for my son the guy was very rude and disrespectful he asked if my child will be going to school I said yes full day of pre-k well because I want my child to get a education he got even more disrespectful and said they won’t be providing him with services education is very important to me but these people it isn’t and if you are black please run do not go here
