Horrible. Communication is none existent.Office is never open. Unprofessional. BEWARE

No communication. They opened my case near Oct. and I hadn't heard from them since. I've called them several times . Over 10! No one ever returned my phone calls. However once I spoke with someone and he said the receptionist had surgery so she'd been out. He said he would have someone call back. Never did.
