I previously had a very positive review written for Orabona Law Offices, but unfortunately I had to change it due to my recent experience. I was involved in a car accident in January 2024. In September 2025, I went into the office and signed the settlement agreement and was told I should receive my settlement funds within a few weeks. It is now March 2026 and I still have not received my payment. Since signing the settlement, I have called the office multiple times and have also gone in person to ask for updates. Each time I am told someone will call me back, but I never receive a follow-up. I also received a letter from the insurance company stating that the settlement payment had already been sent to the law office, which has made the lack of communication even more concerning. I originally had a great experience with this firm and left a positive review, which makes this situation even more disappointing. At this point, I am simply asking for transparency and clear communication regarding the status of my settlement.
