I called Mr. Dunn for a consultation and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My case wasn’t something he advised going forward with, but he was very empathetic about it. Totally worth the consultation fee because he gave me helpful information for the future.

They ask for consultions fees to tell yours claim is not worth anything to them. If you have a mental disability/disorder and requested a reasonable accommodation from your landlord/office manager, this lawyer is not for you. They claim I could only claim damages that did not involve my mental health/disability. They basically told me nothing under federal laws protects me if I’m being harassed, retaliated against because I asked for help with very serious maintenance problem. Emotional, mental anguish does not matter to these lawyers. He claims the only rights I had as a disabled renter is to leave. Regardless if the management/ owner’s have deliberately made the dwelling unsafe and not enjoyable for months, as a result of refusing to remove an over 25 year old AC unit that is contaminated, that filled the whole apartment with contamination and did not my help medical conditions. They don’t represent you, if you were harassed, retaliated against as a disabled person asking for help.They claim my disability and me asking for reasonable accommodation did not fit the Americans with Disabilities Act laws. If your a disabled renter in South Carolina with emotional and mental illness you don’t rights under federal laws worth being enforced by a lawyer, DOJ or the Human Affairs Commission. No wander why there are a lot of homeless people on the streets. I just have a loving family who cares.

i wish i had read the reviews before paying consultation fees. This is definitely a consult profit attorney knowingly aware that he can’t help from the get go! A very bad vibe and attitude. Even if He did offer assistance, I would have declined. Please look further! Seek out attorneys who genuinely care for people. This man is sarcastic and quite frankly made me feel belittled but I am definitely smarter than this attorney

He raised his voice several times. He believed he was straightforward, but he really didn't expound upon actual facts that I presented as it pertained to statute and policy. After him over talking me and raising his voice a last time, I concluded the appointment. I was allotted 30 mins for a consultation, and I didn't even finish it. I was seeking someone who truly stood for whats right and not what he felt was worth his time. I genuinely pray for him and whatever he may be going through.

Don't waste your time Don't waste your time. Very unprofessional, he tried to make my mother seem like she was stupid. He talked over you , don't let you explain what you know that happen to you. Also, he made it seem like we was wasting his time. Also, was asking for another. $50 and my mother already paid it. But we did not , he kept saying out you have a case and then on the other hand no he was not sure if we had a case. Very unprofessional.

Paid for a consultation and from the second I walked in the attorney had an attitude didn’t event gets my money worth in the consultation so I nicely thanked him and got up and walked out. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone
