Mr. Johnson helped me keep my career after a speeding ticket and I couldn’t be more thankful. I’ve been very hesitant to use lawyers after a bad experience with one here in town. We initially were pleased with our interaction and the game plan to defend our son. Mr. Johnson is very responsive to his clients, even when you are displeased. We eventually saw we were not on the same page, and that Mr. Johnson had moved in a different direction. His client, our son, had needed and wanted our input, and a team to ensure he did not make impulsive decisions. This attorney acted alone with our son, and we got nothing beneficial out of retaining a private attorney. There was no plea deal, as my son was legally qualified for diversion court, however, the charged prevented him from accessing the best programs in diversion court. Mr Johnson encouraged my son to plead guilty to the original charge. This was absolutely against why we retained this attorney. I believe the definition of success for us differs from what Mr. Johnson considers success. Moving cases through quickly, playing nice with prosecution, and protecting his own reputation seems to be his priority. The best defensive performance you will see is in response to negative reviews.
