I was involved in a car accident in September of 2024 and I decided NOT to go with the daytime commercial lawyers that I see on TV with fancy slogans and gimmicks, but rather a smaller, more independent law firm. From the start, I was contacted almost immediately by one of the lawyers who guided me step by step of what I needed to do to get the best quality services for my injury. I was referred to an orthopedic doctor where I received x-rays and then was sent for MRIs. The law firm also set up appointments for me for my physical therapist to COME TO MY HOUSE for deep tissue massages, stretches, and exercises. They kept in touch with me throughout the process, doing 99% of the legwork for me...I didn't have to make any appointments, call any doctors, chase the lawyers down to answer questions, it was all done FOR ME and I didn't have to pay one dime out of pocket. They met with me to prepare me for depositions, letting me know what I would be asked. They checked in on me throughout the entire process to see if I had any subsequent pain or discomfort. When it was time to go to trial and the insurance company offered me a settlement, Orshan told me what was best for me without any pressure, but they also said to me what THEY thought would be the best option. When we went to trial--yes, with a jury, opening and closing statements, getting on the stand, cross examination and all the stuff you seen on law shows--Orshan Legal helped keep me calm and prepared, even meeting with me once again two nights before to prepare me for the trial. Not only did Orshan Legal get me the MAXIMUM amount from the negligent driver that hit me, but they also got me the MAXIMUM amount from the insurance company, and again, I didn't have to pay ANYTHING out of pocket. Everything was taken care of. I would recommend Orshan Legal to anyone who needs help and guidance from a trustworthy legal group if you are injured in a car accident. Don't just call the number you see on TV while watching Judge Judy...do your research, go local not "big name", and you will be happy with the service you receive.
