This firm is excellent! After an arduous three years of slogging through the system on my own, I finally went to Ortiz Law. Best decision ever. They had some videos for me to watch, that seemed tedious at the time (impatience, lol), but helped to narrow my focus and help me speak my truth in a way that the judge would comprehend. I highly recommend this law firm! I found them after my long term disability was terminated at two years, with only a little more than a year to go. I’d also been trying to file for SSDI with the company my long term insurer provided. I’d been denied once and was starting an appeal. Nick was honest, kind and thorough. Amber, the person assigned to me was always responsive and kept me informed. We worked together to gather the right information. Only 6% of people get SSDI approved on appeal, and Nick and Amber did it! I was approved for the remaining LTD insurance and SSDI. I wish I’d engaged them sooner.
