I had an excellent experience with Osborne & Francis. My first case manager, Lourdes Cruz Munoz, was incredibly helpful, organized, and kind from the very beginning. She made the process feel much less overwhelming and was always responsive and reassuring. I also worked closely with attorney Ryan Fletcher, who was professional, knowledgeable, and truly attentive. Special thanks to Osborne & Francis, especially Andrew "Andy" Norton, who was my lead attorney, Amy, his assistant, and Angelia Smart, in their Orlando Office. These three (3) worked diligently on my case after it waa referred to them from another attorney in 2023, after i was involved in an automobile\trucking accident. The insurance company refused to acknowledge any responsibility for their insured's failure to operate his vehicle in a safe manner. Due to my quick response and defensive driving skills, i was able to maneuver my vehicle in a way that kept their insured from running atop my vehicle, thus crushing me inside. Thankfully i was able to live another day. Once Andy and his team took over, he immediately opened communications with the insurance company's attorney, began filing motions and requesting discovery, etc., which helped move the case along, even after they tried to stall. The case was eventually set for trial. However, due to Andy's knowledge and professional skills as a trial attorney, he was able to negotiate a great settlement for me and my family after three (3) years of suffering mentally, physically, and financially. I would rate Andy Norton and his team among the Johnny Cochran's and F. Lee Bailey's of his time. My son who is a pretty famous musician needed to find a defamation lawyer. It's a national project because there were trade magazines that defamed him in many states all over the US. I just needed to know if they did national cases before I share details that are personal with a stranger and got a bad attitude from a person that can only be called a human bot. "I can get that answer for you as long as you answer these 100 irrelevant questions before I find out if we even do what you are asking". If the receptionist who self described as "just a" is this incompetent how am I not to assume the lawyers are in the same league. Do better people. If the first personal contact is a human that thinks so little of herself that she is "Just a Receptionist" it's like saying my law firm is "Just bottom of the barrel". Build your people up, pay them a good living wage and have expectations.

I had the best experience using this law firm. When I experienced the most difficult and stressful part of my life, Joe and his team really came to the rescue. Carly, Robby, and Joe were the three unstoppable force who helped me tremendously. They were super communicative and always contacted me in a quick time frame and always kept me in the loop. Whenever I had questions, they gave me an answer. They were all very smart and made me feel extremely confident in their decision making and leadership. The outcome went in my favor and I can finally move on from this moment in my life. If I need someone again like this, I know who to call.

This law firm unethically refused a very solid case that they could have won, most likely taking a pre trial ""buyout"" from the opposition rather than actually represent a client.
