We called Mark in a desperate attempt to obtain legal advice from someone, (a firm) that could honestly assess our situation, and make an informed assessment on a poorly executed construction project. We found all of that in Mark Osherow and Kenyetta Alexander. This review is meant to be about them, but the legal system is complicated and expectations can easily be burst. Mark is direct and blunt to the point, but he will provide you with the information you require to make an informed decision, you will have to do a lot of work to assist in preparation. He will not steer you in a direction to garner fees, and will not take your case if there is no positive outcome possible, they are always seeking resolution. If you are like us, we just wanted to hand the mess over for someone else to resolve, Mark and Kenyetta did a fantastic job of obtaining results, professionally and with decorum, we are satisfied with how everything was handled and highly recommend this firm.

Mr. Osherow is a different type of attorney. He lives and breaths for his clients and gets things done. I really appreciate the work he did on my case and I can finally sleep in peace.
