When I was injured at work, I was hoping that I would be treated fairly by our work comp insurers. I was ignored,given the run-a-round and made to jump through hoops until I almost gave up! I was put in touch with Ms. Furth and that's when everything turned around! She went to every appointment with me and fought for me. I'm so thankful to, and for her for all she did and for her advice! If,God forbid,that I'm ever in that situation again; Later and Osterbauer is the first call I would make.

I Was put in touch with OsterBauer law after I experienced A severe injury at work! I had never been hurt at work before so I needed some guidance. I received guidance from an experienced QRC Who put me in touch with Ben. I met with Ben explained my situation showed him the pictures of my injury and he took it from there. I went through several months of therapy as well as other medical procedures. Ben made sure that everything during this process was correct legal and appropriate. Ben is very knowledgeable about working with the other side and was always in contact letting me know what the situation was and gave me details about how the current situation would impact me and gave me the best advice! Outside of my injury I am very pleased with the result of my case and how Ben was negotiating and standing up for my rights and the best outcome for me! I would highly recommend this firm if you have a worker's comp claim situation whatever it is they are there to discuss it with you and tell you what your options are! Very knowledgeable!

Amanda Furth was my Attorney throughout my entire Worker’s Comp journey! It was a long one!..Unforunately, things can happen - out of your control, or your attorney’s control - that can end up delaying the case. After almost a year and a half the ball finally started to get served and volleyed back and forth. Personally, I felt they were potentially using tactics in order to stall, or “kick the can down the road” so to say - in order to see if I’d tire out or go away. Amanda was Confident, kept me calm, & was always patient with me. Without revealing specifics, I can confidently say that Amanda’s drive is palpable. Ultimately, she gained my trust - and I deferred to her near the end (with my input of course). Judging solely on the outcome of my specific case I was more than pleased to work with Amanda Furth and the rest of the Osterbauer team. Also a big shoutout to both Lily and Vanessa (assistants) - always accommodating & kind too. Overall 10/10: - Hard Work/Communication/Force to be reckoned with/Sense that she cares for you as more than just a client but a PERSON, too. Also, I Don’t get the sense she would have ANY fear of any other lawyer if one of her cases came down to fighting it out in court either! In the end, more than pleased thanks, Amanda.
