I heard about L & I Attorney Dane Ostrander from Julie, his Office Manager while in a swimming pool in Mazatlan Mexico. lol Once i was able to talk with Dane I hired him as my Attorney. I am so grateful to him & his office staff for explaining all the steps you have to go thru fighting an L & I claim. I sustained a severe back injury, while on the job, and this firm helped me from the beginning to the end of the claim. I could not have managed my claim without representation. I highly recommend this firm. Even if you do not think you need an attorney, you should have your claim reviewed, because the Department of L & I does not always handle your claim appropriately. These attorneys and their staff are very professional and did a great job handling my claim.

I called on October 7th 2021,to see if they could help, with an L&I claim. They sent paperwork to fill out, I then dropped the paperwork in there drop box, office doors locked due to Coronavirus. Didn't hear back so I called a few times no answer. Then I get a letter from L&I saying since you haven't proved worsening of your condition your appeal denied. I was dumbfounded cause I never even spoke to anyone in this law office about my claim. I wasn't aware they even filed an appeal. Not a very professional law firm.
