Most unprofessional law office I have ever worked with. Go the other way if you need help.

I wrote this complaint because this is were I look to decide if I should use a company and it has been helpful for me so I would also like to give back to warn others. In Nov 2022 I was in a car wreck and acquired Otstott and Jamison, P.C. to handle my case hoping it would help expedite my case. My car was not fixed until a year later and it took 2 years to settle my case. I feel that my lawyers lack of understand simple rules of settling a case and lack of communicating with me caused this delay. They were very unprofessional approach and I think the other insurance company recognized it to as they would not even return their calls. They were not rude or ugly, they just didn't come across as attorneys. We had to consult with another lawyer before they agree that they were not requesting a reasonable settlement. I did talked to them about this and they did show some improvement at the end which was appreciated. Hopefully they will take my advice for future clients.

Zero Stars!! I'm a physician. I treated one of this firm's client. They conveniently settled the case yet somehow forgot to pay me. My staff have been trying to contact them for months. They refuse to answer our calls/emails. Highly unprofessional!!!
