I was involved in an motorcycle accident with an semi trailer truck. I am blessed to even be here writing this review because it almost took my life. I was in very bad physical state but thank God for parents retaining Owens Moss Attorneys because even though I couldn’t remember anything from the accident they worked diligently to find out the facts to win this case and walked with me every step of the during my recovery. these people did nothing they were supposed to do . first off i stated that i had two cases for them to handle . they handled the one where they thought they would get money fast and when they couldnt..they just didnt bother to even pursue the other. i called six months in to ask what they had on the case. only to be told that they had cancelled the case 4 months earlier. I then asked did they have a copy of the medical records only to be told they did not . they were supposed to have pulled those as soon as possible.they did nothing when i called and left messages and no return call even months later. Go to this lawfirm only if you have a sure case to get them some money ..otherwise nothing will be handled or done on your behalf ..they are truly horrible ..now i have to try and find someone who actually handle all they were hired for not just the part they think are gonna get them PAID!!! If they were unequipped and unable to handle what i specificly asked them to they shouldnt have taken my case or wasted very valuable time. Good thing i took pics at the hospital..but if and when i hire another lawyer and we loss because of loss of time im gonna be truly upset!!!!!
