Mr. Attorney Pablo, you received me in your office and accepted my case, knowing all the details, and then I didn't hear from you again for months. The other two or three times I contacted you were because I went to your office in person to inquire about my case, since you weren't answering my calls or the messages I left. You didn't respond to my questions. I followed all your advice and had the worst possible results. Furthermore, you made a final decision in my case without consulting me, and you charged me a significant sum of money just to cover up your incompetence in negotiating such a simple case where I was the victim, since I was assaulted from behind. The vehicle I was driving wasn't even mine; it belonged to the company I worked for. You never obtained what you requested as an experienced lawyer. You didn't defend me as your contract, which you signed, stated. In the end, you charged me a pittance because I asked you to close my case after seeing your inefficiency and lack of attention towards me. You can say whatever you want, but if someone hires you as a victim of an accident and you don't do your job properly and don't have the ability or the will to fight for a client who was the victim of a rear-end collision—where we all know the one who rear-ends is at fault—I should end up paying a significant sum that wasn't supposed to be. I should be covering this. I am only asking that you return the amount you withheld without my consent, taking advantage of my request to close my case due to your lack of results and inefficiency. You are making me, your client, and the victim of the accident pay money—a victim who is 100% innocent, according to the police report I gave you. This is a significant sum from the small amount you could have fought for on my behalf. I demand that you return the amount you withheld against my will, and I should charge you for the trouble and wasted time you caused me.
