Don’t hire them they suck and they never answer your calls

They are scammers, we only asked for an appeal since the ICE detained us in court and the judge gave us 30 days to appeal. They charged us $4,000,000 and after my relatives gave them the payment, they never gave us an answer and we were in a detention center where they take advantage of everyone and take their money. Because of these scammers, they deported us. Do not fall for these people's scams. My relatives are going to sue you for playing with us. They deported us that way. They will only pay. I leave everything in God's hands. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM, GENTLEMEN, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Don't hire these people. They're a group of scammers. Legal advisor Omar Masso goes and delivers the cards to the detention centers and says you'll help with the case, but they do nothing. We pay for an appeal that was never entered into the system. SCAMMERS. We're going to sue them.

Don't fall for this group of scammers that move in to detention sharing their numbers to the detainees as lawyers, I got their number for my sister few weeks ago, I call them if the could help in her case which the said the can get her bond and I will pay $1300 which I paid, the next day my sister called I told her I have said the law firm for the bond she said no that the have tried that will many detainees and no answers from ICE, I called them which the were still waiting for the sponsor documents I told them that we should not do the bond again and I give my reasons which the were okay with it, that we should work on the case while she stays there the said $7500 which I told them I can pay $7000 since then the don't want to pick my calls, once the pick the will say the person working on the case is not around, only for her to come today and said the can't work for $7000 and the can't pay back the $1300 because the have visited her and I had told them that my money will bring them down I will pray over it. who so ever that has share in the money the scam from me will go down what so ever the put my money into will go down because I work hard to get

As an American living in the UK over the past 10 years, returning back to the US, with a British wife. My understanding of the US Immigration laws were extremely vague. We sought and spoke to several immigration attorney's. We eventually ended up speaking with Attorney Gabriela Lozano from Pacheco Couceiro. These lawyers are useless, please don't be fooled. They make you sign a contract in which they are supposedly serious. They ask you for money first... they don't fight your case and then they want to get more money from you and do nothing. They disappear... be careful, it happened to me today, January 28, 2025... I asked them to make a document... so I could have another hearing and they wanted more money. And they make the excuse that nothing can be done and they shamelessly steal the money...

I do not recommend them, they take your money and then disappear. At first my experience with them was very good, Attorney Pachecho took my husband's case the day before his hearing and did what he could. The attorney always responded to my texts and calls. My husband tested negative before a racist judge, and the office recommended writing a letter. Then my husband tried to contact the attorney several times regarding an issue where he was detained. I contacted the assistant Roxana several times to schedule an appointment so my husband could speak freely with the attorney about a situation, but he never did, and the attorney never showed up or called him. His response was very short, basically saying they washed their hands of my husband's case because he received a negative result and the asylum department was not going to reconsider his case. The problem was that the issue my husband wanted to discuss with the attorney was regarding negligence and abuse and some documents that he wanted to clarify before signing them. But no, Roxana lied, she said she scheduled the appointment twice and never did, my husband was left waiting 3 months for the appointment or conference and he never did and nothing happened until he was deported.

I find their lack of awareness and irresponsibility towards their clients appalling. If you seek their help in a deportation case, it's so they act promptly. All they care about is getting paid by the family. They send an email requesting a visit, which cost $1,800 and wasted two weeks—enough time to act and provide more support to the detainee. The reason he didn't have a serious crime was illegal border entry. In the end, they didn't stop the order because they were incompetent and insufficient. If they know they're not capable, why commit to it? You're guided by the positive reviews of this app, only to discover they're fake. They post comments to boost their rating. If they weren't capable of acting promptly, why commit to it?

I don't recommend it. All they care about is getting the money. They don't lift a finger and are invisible to the authorities. Bad service and very dissatisfied.

They supported me and my friend who arrested him and were able to get him out.
