Communication stopped when clarity was needed most, and I was left feeling pressured and unsupported. I tried communicating with the attorney & case manager to get an update towards my case and no call back after many attempts, worst experience. Front desk provided the negotiator number whose name is autumn and even worse when I tried to communicate, straight to voice mail and been more than 2 weeks trying to hold contact but as always fails. Disappointed on how they handle their communication.

Very bad law firm. Highly unethical. Look somewhere else. They do not get their facts correct and publish incorrect information online regarding traffic accidents and refuse to correct the information. Ethical attorneys are necessary for the best possible representation. You will not find that with this firm. I would personally recommend looking somewhere else.

They talk a good game in the beginning but soon as you sign with them it’s a whole different story! I’ve hired many lawyers in my lifetime and buy far this law firm is the worst!
