Kelsey Ault was very knowledgeable, professional and supportive. My experience with the team at Pacific Point Defense was positive, free of judgements and focused on results. There were multiple times I had questions about my case, and was able to get a timely response detailing my next steps. Being prosecuted is a stressful experience. Throughout the whole ordeal, I found that they were committed, reassuring and informative. Court appearances were always early and efficiently managed. Because of this, I would be first on the docket, making it easier to be in and out of the courthouse without having to run outside to pay more for parking. The end results reunited me with my family and got me back home. I'm very grateful for the way the proceedings went and was able to take accountability for my actions. At no point did I feel like my attorney had made any judgements about me, and was treated with respect and dignity. They were able to work with me on the retainer, and were flexible about regularly made payments. Communicating was key in this regard, but they were always professional and willing to work with me while I dealt with the financial challenge of hiring a criminal defense attorney. Long story short - potentially 3+ years in prison - no contact order for 5+years - weapon enhancement on case - loss of firearm rights I was formally sentenced instead to - 3 months at county jail with 30% time off for good behavior - no contact order was lifted - weapon enhancement was dismissed - Can petition to restore firearm rights after 5 years This is only a brief overview of my case, but based on the results I would highly recommend Kelsey Ault at Pacific Point Defense.

Had a confrontation with my neighbor March last year on a Friday,wanted to be proactive so tried to find lawyer on Saturday PPD answered phone and said I would need to pay up front through a pay service$1500.heard from them once after a few days called after a couple more weeks "no charges have been filed,about 3 more weeks,nothing,called again,no charges filed,"but they have two years to file" end of the year I called them again obviously nothing is going to happen how about a partial refund? "We,ll call you" a few days pass..no call, a few weeks later called again,no call backApril this year I call them,how about my partial refund? E-mail says we've dediced no refund is warranted due to our "diligent monitoring of your Case" or some such BS.BEWARE.7/3 Still have not received itemized bill to justify a $1500 charge,and no have not received a partial refund,going to research complaints to Wa Bar Association This Weekend.Enjoy Those New Ferragamo's You Thieves!!

My wife got into some criminal legal difficulties after an alcohol-induced domestic violence incident. After over a year of prosecutorial-caused delays, Alison Ganem was able to demonstrate to the prosecutor that the incident was an isolated one and that my wife had rehabilitated herself. She convinced the prosecutor and the judge to dismiss the case. We couldn’t be more pleased.
