Don't WASTE YOUR TIME with this firm. When I was hit, they took my case, and said they would take care of corresponding with the insurance. They asked me to report how I was feeling regularly and I was diligent about it. Then my healthcare service providers realized they weren't getting paid - 7 months later - and refused to let me set appointments until it was resolved. I left messages but wouldn't get any straight answers in return. My massage therapist was the one who spent the time with my insurance to figure it our (apparently an internal error with the insurance company, they just needed someone to hound they about it.) BUT THEN out of the blue FOR NO REASON AT ALL, Pacific West suddenly dropped me from their case load - WITHOUT A REASON! Then they made it sound like they did me a favor for not charging me even though I now have to find a new lawyer and I WASTED ALL THOSE months working with them. I was hit - they said they would represent me, and 7 month later for no reason at all they dropped me.

I don't think there is a better group of lawyers, because I would personally bet on them again in case of an accident. Thank you for the world class service 👌🏻

The staff handled my car accident claim with professionalism and care. The process was simple, straightforward and easy to understand. My car was repaired within weeks, the chiropractors I was paired with were great, and everything got wrapped up pretty fast. Kris H. delivered on his word, and everything was resolved in a timely manner with the best possible outcome. I got a big settlement after all the BS I went through. At the end I’m happy 👍🏻

Last July the mountains were out, and the weather was great. If your for a lawyer who smacks insurance companys across the head when they don’t listen and delivers on he’s word then ask for Kirill M. he gets real Personal and Filthy with it when he has too! Insurance companys don’t stand a chance when you hire Kirill. I was taken care of properly and got more money than I was expecting. I can vouch for him he handles he’s cases with great professionalism and care he really is that guy!!
