Jeff and his team at Padilla Law Group deserve far more than 5 stars this is my honest review of my experience after a Personal Injury case that was made very difficult by the defense. He made the entire legal process much easier to navigate. He was always present and available to answer my many questions, patiently explaining everything with clear, patient, and concise communication. He took the time to not only answer each call but to write prompt and detailed emails to better help me understand and always demonstrated deep knowledge of the law. I truly never felt like just another case number; he treated me with compassion and made me feel truly supported. I highly recommend Padilla Law Firm for their expertise and their excellent communication. I feel incredibly blessed to have had him as my attorney.

We had an unfortunate situation where our son was injured. Jeff and his team were there to help us from day one. Their support and kindness went a long way during a time that was difficult. Thank goodness everyone was okay and we were able to move forward. Jeff and his team did a lot of hard work to help us with a resolution. It is never easy when you have to make the decision to sue a company or person so to have Jeff and his team to help you through that process is just extremely helpful.

Think about this; your injured so I bet you want a great doctor, you want a great surgeon too so wouldn't you want a doctor that will document you injury in the most favorable way for your case? O'Mara and Padilla know those doctors and this is a key part of your case. You would no more treat your own injuries or do your own surgery so why would you ever try to represent your case in a Court of Law???? SCIF / Work Comp are not your friend and they will not fight for you. O'Mara & Padilla will. An over zealous SCIF attorney tried to manipulate a doctors statement and my compensation. Scott O'Mara was all over her in court and cited case law in my favor. She continued to argue with Scott and the Judge was frustrated to the point that he asked her if she was trying overturn an Appeal Courts findings. SHE SAID "YES". He smiled and said "noted" . Scott smiled at me and she lost that that argument and I was awarded and extra $10k on top of the claim we had filed. O & P also processed my disability retirement with the State of California.

From start to finish this law firm was there for me and helped with my every need. They were understanding and compassionate about my injury and didn’t stop until I reached a full settlement. I left a voicemail for Mr. Mike Padilla yesterday evening, and within an hour received a call back from him. I cannot express the amount of gratitude and respect for this individual who heard me out, gave his opinion and referred me to colleague that could represent my case. It wasn’t your typical law firm phone call trying to get to your point without being mocked or cut off to a reply of, “we do not specialize in that type of law”. I was referred to Jeff Padilla by my Orthopedic Surgeon following a rear end collision that resulted in multiple injuries that still plague me to this day. First let me caution you. Just because a vehicle doesn’t sustain much damage to it’s exterior body that has absolutely nothing to do with what happens to your body. Modern technology has made vehicles more able to withstand the shock of impact. I never thought I’d have a tear in my rotator cuff, soft tissue damage, back and neck pain and major breathing issues as a result of this accident and I was only a passenger. Jeff and his team treated me like I was their only client. They went to extraordinary lengths to insure I received my full settlement. The driver only had the state minimum liability insurance of $15,000 hardly enough to cover my medical bills and time off work. Jeff sought relief from my vehicle drivers carrier as well as my own personal auto insurance. Who knew this was even an option. He believed he could get me more of a settlement and with his guidance, perservearance and confidence he did! I have been off work for 6 months because of this rear end collision. I’m so grateful I had a PI attorney that cared enough about me to tell me to stay the course and follow this through. Most often we the victim want to settle and be done. Don’t do this! Trust the advice of your attorney and let them do what they do best! This is their specialty. I am so happy with my end results.
