They cost us thousands of dollars in a title mishap and would not help resolve, even with the title insurance we paid for. They protect themselves but not us as a client. I would not recommend to anyone.

I am an attorney myself, and for the past 30 years have served as general counsel, working with dozens of attorneys to handle hundreds of cases. I retained Nathan Prescott to assist in a simple Chancery Court involving for my elderly parents. He is among the worst attorneys I have ever encountered. He failed to keep his client informed, routinely missed deadlines and, even when he did engage, his work product was sloppy and ineffective. He is a sad example for the legal profession.

Setup a web-consultation from abroad, which the lawyer was 10 minutes late to. He answered from his cell phone while driving. He proceeded to tell me that he was not at all interested in discussing the main issue I had written to him about prior to our meeting. Then asked me to wait on hold while he walked into a dental appointment. The sheer indifference and air of self-importance that this unprofessional meeting indicated to me was shocking. As a fellow lawyer and potential client, I was both insulted and disappointed.
