They gave me a recommendation for a chiropractor because they thought my case would be too difficult since I was hurt on a Metro Transit bus - the fact I was hurt and the degree to which I was hurt (no fractured thank the Lord but bruising all over the left side of my body). they weren't honest about the reasons they wouldn't take my case, either - the chiropractor gave me more detailed information as to how stubbornly litigious the bus company is . three stars for recommending the excellent chiropractor - I'd have given the practice two otherwise.

I was involved in a motor vehicle collision in April 2018. The driver of the other car was at fault and my right ankle/leg was broken in multiple places requiring two surgeries, and possibly others in the future. I was referred to Sheila Donnelly-Coyne by a very close friend and from day one Sheila and her entire team exceeded my expectations. My case took over 4 years before settling (a lot was pushed back to due covid) and everybody was so courteous over those years. We ended up setting a court date but settled for an amount that we agreed was fair 10 days before the scheduled trial date. Sheila isn’t afraid to fight for the best possible outcome for you and I will certainly recommend her to anyone!

It's been six months and countless calls and emails and I still haven't been given an update on my small case, which is over 3 years old. I don't know what to do right now. They took my case and are leaving me hanging. It's extremely frustrating. They also changed my lawyer at some point and I have someone other than the person who took my case. I didn't get informed that there's be a change. I did get a call back soon after this review, so I'm glad they're paying attention to Google, at least. I still don't know what to think about that as my attorney called me once and I got 2-3 more calls asking me to remove or edit my review, which I'm certainly don't think it would be in anybody's best interest to do so until I see any sort of definitive progress or results in my case.

I. Started out with this firm and thought everything was going to turn out for the good but instead it was a nightmare For some reason I was place with Mr Perron as he was leaving your firm. Why I don't know the real reason but I have a good idea. Why I always thought a attorney was there to fight for you in your best interests who would be on the offence instead of the defence. You see in my case Mr Perron. Seemed to be scared of the insurance company and thought we should take the first offer that came to the table. A insulting offer that left my owing more than when I got in my accident. A very. Insulting offer and I have to pay all my medical. Bills. I had to tell him to counter offer the insurance company. And he did and he said we better take the offer that hey sent back. I had had enough of the nitemare and decided to take the offer as I was in financial distress. and cut my losses so to speak I have a good idea why he left your firm and I don't blame you for that but why did you send me with him if I didn't have a case I would think the right thing to do is tell me. As it sits I would have been better off having the car I got hit by. Back up and hit me until I was done or get out and put 20 dollars in my pocket and roll me to the side of the road In closing.
