Cannot recommend. . Hired this firm to evict a problem tenant. Felt like we got no representation. Responses were slow. From the initial retainer agreement to the final correspondence, even our names on the documents were not correct (someone else’s name!). The tenant did thousands in damages. Even the small security deposit that did not cover the appliances that had to be replaced, and per the lease should have been applied to legal fees had to be returned.
