From the first day I called and talked to Emily I felt this relief that I cant explain I would definitely recommend Palace Law to anyone having issues with a L&I claim it's nice having a team that has my well being in hand and helping me through this process

I just called these people on the phone and explained to them my situation only for the lady saying I was cutting out then when I finished explaining again , she hung up on me... Thankfully, I got ahold of another attorney and it looks like my shoulder injury is legit and I would be getting a substantial payout.

I've been dealing with my case for over 3 years and counting, they have given me push back against L&I, an organization that is only there for corporations. I want to share my experience with palace law and my representative Mrs. Cheryl Gorder handling my L and I claim. I am a husband and father of two young boys. As soon as they hear or get updates, they will contact you and update you. Do not send in thousands of emails or thousands of phone calls. They are busy and on the phone for hours dealing with claims managers and supervisors. Your representative is on your side and is working for you. I am truley blessed to have Mrs. Cheryl Gorder as my legal representative handling my claim. She is always fighting for me and also fighting with the department to get what's best for me. Can't really put into words the difference a Law Firm can make when they take the time to understand your specific circumstances that make your case unique. My experience from the beginning it was horrible poor communication they always reached out a week after I tried to get to talk to someone.my case when with three different paralegals and this last one it’s charging me for money i never received,its been tow weeks now and like usual no communication Find different lawyer don’t use this firm
