I was told they handled civil matters. I called and the lady on the phone said they did not help with that and didn’t know anyone else that could help. Why are they going to hire office people that don’t have the capability of helping others.

Awful attorneys especially palacios. Do not get these attorneys!!

Ricardo Palacios appears to be knowledgable but is very arrogant. His staff isnt helpful either. There is plenty of fish in the sea so look for better options. I would not recommend him especially when your freedom is on the line.
