After being unceremoniously let go by my previous employer I had some legal questions. I filled out the online form in the evening and by the following morning I received a personal phone call from Mark. His mannerisms were very professional but with an empathetic tone. After asking some key questions; he requested some more information to be sent over. A couple days later after reviewing my case files he called up with his conclusion.
