Mr. Palillo is an exceptional attorney. He runs a small company and this allows him to give the maximum attention to each individual case. Before meeting him, I no longer believed that I could find an honest, kind and competent counsel, all in one person. He is bright, generous with his time, and explains everything well. Once he took my case, I felt secure having such an advocate on my side. None of the other attorneys I contacted believed that I could get the highest award for my case.  Mr. Palillo worked at it and worked at it until he succeeded in making the insurance company pay the full amount quoted in the policy. He is truly the attorney everyone wishes to find.

I highly suggest that you go elsewhere instead of choosing this law firm. I recommended Mr. Palillo’s law firm to my bf after a coworker in a similar situation gave me their information. It was the worst decision that we made. My bf began working on his case with one lawyer and than was abruptly switched to working directly with Mr. Palillo without any notice or introduction to Mr. Palillo. We saw this as a relief as Mr. Amato was often unresponsive when we reached out to inquire about the case. Turns out, Mr. Palillo is even worse. Mr. Palillo has avoided my boyfriends calls worse than somebody who owes you money. The woman who answers on the phone always says that he is “on a phone call” or “in a meeting”, takes down the number and Mr. Palillo never calls back. When he does answer and you ask to follow up on the case he says he “doesn’t have that information handy and will call you back” but never does. How could a law firm go almost two months without any kind of follow up call/email and then still not accept your call when you reach out to them? I’m embarrassed to have recommended a law firm that was made out to be so helpful and reliable but was the complete opposite.
