I saw an ad about storm roof damage and spoke with a roofing company, they referred me to these "lawyers." How I didn't catch on that it was a scheme... I was, am, desperate just to fix it! They made all these promises and when I could only get $5,500, they pounced and wanted to leave me with $998. I told them it's not legal to charge that much. They showed me a paper stating half of it was for Palker, never talked to him, and another fee for the "lawyer" I was talking to. Basically, they're charging DOUBLE. Isn't that illegal in itself? I definitely know that a law firm can't charge anyone, lawyers do. I have the receipt still. Anyways, I dragged my feet until they said I couldn't sue again if I didn't go "ahead" with it. So I had to accept their check. I only got $2k. Thieves. That "roofing company?" Never saw it again. And I can't fix it with that.
Very efficient and friendly law firm that is available to help with legal settlements. Recently assisted me with a legal situation and they were fast and efficient to resolve my situation. Every time i spoke with anyone in the firm was friendly and very communicative, available at all times during their hours of operation!!! Would definitely consider them for any legal assistance in the future.

What a waist of time with this firm !!! Terrible customer service . From the beginning it was a nightmare trying to get ahold of someone. It took more than 2 weeks to finally to speak to someone . I was told they were not able to get my case due to the claim being over the time allowed . They suggested I open a new claim which I did and that they would take my case once I did . Now they are telling me they can’t help me. I asked to speak to the person who I had spoken about this and they simply told me he was not available and that there was nothing they could do for me !!! I don’t understand why they give advise to customers and then they don’t go thru with what they promised !!!

I am limited in the basis which I can post publicly beyond what you have already shared, but unfortunately, Texas law has statute of limitations which exist for insurance claim disputes. Generally, a lawsuit is required to be on file within two years after your initial claim determination from your insurer. <br><br>You did not retain Palker Law Firm to assist you until AFTER this statute of limitations had already expired and we promptly notified you that we would be unable to assist you. Unfortunately, there is nothing conceivably that my firm or any other law firm could do to help you when over two years had already elapsed by the time you sought representation. <br><br>I recognize that you are not satisfied with this outcome, however, please know that no action or inaction of Palker Law Firm caused this statute of limitations to expire -- it was already expired at the time you sought our representation. Upon receiving all relevant claim documentation from you we promptly advised that we would be unable to assist you. Truly, we wish you had contacted us much earlier so we would have been able to assist you. I hope at the very least that this clarifies any confusion you may have.
Palker Law Firm is amazing! We had a terrible situation with our insurance company not wanting to pay out on a claim and Palker went to bat for us big time! They kept us in the loop every step of the way. They were relentless and got a great settlement for us. Highly recommend!
