Would like to find out if this is the guy that took a down payment from me, to help me fight for my sister, and then said he would use very little of money, and I never received a dime back. It what a Pre-Paid Legal (at the time) AV-BV rated lawyer referral that was suppose to help me. Its weird, because when I came on leave, from the military I could see her, but once I got off active duty, and moved back home to RI from Cali, DCYF found out I was fighting and using a lawyer...they made up some bs excuse that a clinician said its not in the best interest for her to have a relationship with her biological siblings. If this is the guy, he never helped me, and I eventually gave up the fight due to financial hardships, and jobs not opening up to me because my military job didn't transfer over to the civilian world. I also was told that DCYF would make arrangements for me with the Adopted mother, so that I could be in her life....It never happened. My sister was 7, and didn't get to see her until about 11 years later at her Pop's wake. I would like to know if this was the attorney that left me hanging.

Apparently not in practice anymore. Don’t bother.

He is honest, provides solid advice and guidance. I have hired him twice and he would be my choice a third time if I ever had to again. I highly recommend him to friends, family and strangers!
