We engaged Palumbo Law, their Rhode Island branch, for a rental property issue that involved filing and winning a court case, including going through an appeals process. I recently received a tax lien citation notifying me that my home would be foreclosed within the next 20 days due to fire tax missed payment. Never hearing of this I wasn’t sure if it was scam. I requested assistance in creating a lease on July 14th to commence on August 1. I sent all of the necessary paperwork in, and initially, things seemed to be going smoothly. However, when the tenant refused to sign the lease, the lawyers did not respond to my requests for help or direction. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, I received a response only weeks into August. Giselly's responsiveness was unprofessional and lacked timeliness.

Returning to Rhode Island after a long military career I realized a neighbor had encroached onto my property over the last couple of years, with structures (fence and shed) that prevented me from accessing the back of my yard and garage.
