Stay away non responsive law firm

I’d strongly caution anyone considering Pantry Horlock for legal representation—particularly if you expect professionalism, responsiveness, or ethical integrity from a law firm. My experience with this firm has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing engagement particularly Lisa Feurst,and her team of junk lawyers. These kind of people should be disbarred from practicing law

Absolutely disappointed with Pankey Horlock’s level of professionalism—especially Lisa Feurst. Ignoring time-sensitive legal concerns is not only irresponsible but unacceptable for a firm that claims to specialize in community association law. If you’re looking for competent, responsive legal representation, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. This firm has proven to be unreliable and unethical to say the least.

Unresponsive to messages and emails!!!! HORRIBLE!!!

This firm resorted to ethics violation by making up unwritten rules, enforcing those rules and threatening homeowners with demand letters during an appeals due process period. This firm also backed an HOA that enforced another made-up rule that was proven false. Laura Horlock was negligent and incompetent with HOA CC&Rs. She represented the HOA at my appeal hearing. She made accusations and condescending remarks in a letter and tried to express her knowledge at my appeal. However, what she was saying contradicted the CC&Rs. The HOA board even had to correct her. I was billed her attorney fees? She wasn't even listed as an attendee in the minutes. This firm owes me 5k for her negligent representaion and zero knowledge of my case. She failed to research my situation and I am charged her fees? Lazy representation.
