Poor customer service, rude and condescending staff.

The level of communication at this law office is absolute garbage. You have to continually call them to get anything done and reading these reviews. I’m surprised they’re still in business.

They don’t communicate well. I constantly had to follow up just to get basic information. I wouldn’t recommend them.

It is interesting this firm does not list debt collection as one on the services they provide. I imagine the Midland Group-associated with Newton Medical Center is one of the their largest clients, and the revenue from medical debt collection pays well. Mr. Hodge is a democrat, whom I have voted for, and regret. Mr. Hodge have you considered legislating to decrease medical cost in this country? Instead your law firm collecting medical debt through garnishments putting low income families in a terrible situation not only financially, but emotionally when parents cannot even afford to feed their family. Shame on you. Shame on Newton Medical Center.

Hate what it is but they are very helpful

Mosters who will take more than legally allowed from your check, threatening to do it again over a medical bill if I miss 1 single payment. was a pay period late once because I was busy they already had garnishment papers prepared. I can be bought off if they forget my medical bill and I will remove this review.
