Totally disappointed. I was quoted a fee. Then here we are 6 days before closing and the fees were more than double what I was originally quoted. He had mistakes on the closing documents, trying to charge me for notary fees when we used our own notary. He also tried charging me fees that the seller was responsible for. I would never use them again.
