My husband had Jim Pappas represent him a few years ago and he had an excellent experience with an excellent outcome. I recently spoke with Jim about a situation that I needed help with. He listened and then asked that I email him info and he'd call me the next day. It's been 10 days since that phone call and I have sent several emails, also left a voice mail and have not received any sort of response. I've wasted 10 days waiting to hear back from Jim Pappas which is very aggravating. The lack of communication is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

Shockingly unprofessional. Our lawyer James Pappas has been ghosting us and dodging our calls and emails for two months now. Now that we're trying to get our case file to find another attorney, they aren't even picking up their phone anymore. Clearly we've been blocked at their office.
