I also have been calling for the past 2 weeks and haven't heard a word from them. Ive tried after holidays and mornings. Starting to think i was scammed. Has anyone heard anything about the 3m case

VETERANS AND SOLDIERS BE CAREFUL, While I do appreciate the effort with closing my 3M case, I would advise anyone using this law firm to be very careful and read through contracts thoroughly, especially the "contingency fee." Through fees and expenses, I received less than half of my settlement amount, they entitled themselves to 40% of my settlement, after fees and expenses I received less than 50% of my agreed settlement amount. While Parafinczuk Wolf did help me close my case, I don't feel like I can give them more than a 3 star review simply because I was due to receive $5000 for using defective earplugs in a combat zone, after expenses and fees, it will only amount to $2275. As a U.S. Army Veteran I expected more from a firm who claimed would go to bat for us.

I have been trying to get in touch with this firm for the last 2 weeks. No one answer the phone and I still haven't received a call back from them

Wish I would have seen this before I allowed them to stick it to me on the 3 m lawsuit. Haven’t heard anything clear. They send veg information. They’re taking over 49 percent of my part. I’m a medically disabled veteran but they want to claim that’s their fees for disabled veterans. Hopefully someone can help me fix this, they can have the money if they fix this and make them accountable for their incompetent hire failures. I’m sure they’ll have a ton load of bull excuses.

They never call you for a update and how the case is going they don't give you a lot to offer and don't explane every thing to you so I don't know we're I stand with my case Armando Wayne Hall

Never have I needed a personal injury attorney but this firm has handled everything that was needed to put my case together. They've been very professional, and I heartily recommend them should you ever need professional help if you are ever interested.

Got both text and calls today. Seemed like a legitimate firm. I took issue with providing my SSN to a person I've never talked to before over the phone. I had already given them the last 4 numbers for what I assumed were identification purposes. I explained that the only people that need my full SSN is the government, the bank, and my employer. If a settlement was reached, I would gladly supply them with the number then. They first told me they needed my SSN to get medical records. I know better, I've worked in health care most my life. Then they tried to tell me that all they needed were the first 5 numbers of my SSN. They tried that one twice. Having already given them the last four numbers I knew they were just trying to con me into giving them my full number. I don't trust people who try to con me. I'll be looking into another firm to handle my case.

Great firm will recommend them 100%.

My small business (an insurance agency) was served with a legal notice re: a Worker's Comp case. It is a long, complicated story. Suffice to say, that I am delighted I was referred to Justin Parafinczuk of Koch, Parafinczuk & Wolf. Justin is an super nice guy and, better still, an outstanding litigator. I was VERY concerned about this WC/'lawsuit'/ issue; I was losing sleep about its possible outcome. (Two other attorneys had expressed grave doubts about my legal position and wouldn't assist me.) Within a matter of a few minutes on a phone call on Friday afternoon, Justin was able to glean the major elements of the case and give me great piece of mind. We met the next week. He and his firm handled the case beautifully, so well in fact the other firm withdrew its complaint and dropped its client, who came back to work as if nothing had happened. Their billing rate was incredibly fair. I can't say enough good things about Justin and his team. Though I hope never to need them again, if I do end up in a similar situation, I will certainly call this outstanding attorney and firm.
