Sometimes a situation's only remedy seems to be legal action. But the legal system can be confusing and the process can be frustrating and emotionally upsetting. My experience with Parham Smith & Archenhold was everything I could ask for in a law firm. They handled the legalities adeptly but also were respectful and mindful of the emotional turmoil I was experiencing, both from the original situation and having to be involved in the legal process. I believe our outcome was as good as anyone could have possibly achieved. If I ever had to face something like this again, I would definitely hire them again.
