I worked with Sara and I can say she was very patient with me concerning my case. She even listened to me vent out my frustrations. I called her so much you would of taught we were joined at the hip. She made me very comfortable. She's simply the best lawyer I've worked with.

Incredibly disappointed in the lack of follow-through here. I initially spoke with Charie, who was professional and took all my case details and requested documents/photos via email, which I submitted. However, it has now been three weeks with zero communication. I’ve followed up four times and haven't received so much as a ‘we can’t take your case’ email. Navigating a tragic injury is stressful enough; being ignored by a law firm only makes it worse. I would not recommend this firm if you value communication or basic professional courtesy.

The front office manager was absolutely wonderful. I've never had to think about suing, acid she explained the process and based on my information was able to explain the limits of my case based on insurance. I chose to deal with insurance independently based on available payout, but if I ever need to be represented they will be my first call.
