I feel like if the attorney would have spent a little more time with this case and actually took the time to investigate the nursing home, asked the necessary questions he would have found out the nursing home dropped the ball. It is obvious that something happened, how and why is all I want to know it's not even about the money. Don't work on the case for 3 months then decide it is not a case, that's too long.

I used Mr. Morris for my husbands bed sore in Nc. His Sincere care and heart goes into his work. His team worked hard for my husband and justice was served. I have never experienced a court room session but I couldn’t allow what happened to my husband just let go. He was calm and respectful but when he came to bat he hit a home run everytime. No playing around nothing but straight to the facts . The Hospital brought in doctors professionals and even Aurthors who wrote books on this. But the facts were in the hospital notes and he sat quietly until the hospital took up most of the day.
