I chose Nate Parker to be my son's fiduciary for our special needs trust. He spent a lot of time answering my questions about the process, and I felt really comfortable with him. Then recently my son turned 20 and it was time to convert his minor guardianship to adult. Nate encouraged me to try and follow the court's instructions to do it myself, even though he could have just charged me 1500 to file the papers for us. It did it myself, and it was no problem. Nate's integrity really makes me feel I made the right choice to trust him and his firm with my son's finances in the future. Highly recommend.

We contacted over a dozen law firms in the past two days. Emily Goodwin listened carefully as I described the circumstances behind our inquiry. She was kind and helpful and gave me a referral to a highly competent colleague to assist with the portion of our case that was outside her practice. We will be retaining the services of both Emily and Alex. Thank you Emily.

We were so pleased with the professionalism and personal attention that Emily Goodwin, an associate at this firm, used during a recent legal matter. She assisted our 102 year old mom in redoing her Power of Attorney. This may seem like an easy issue, but at 102 and very hard of hearing, legal issues aren’t easy. Emily navigated the situation well and kept the family informed. Mom and the family were all impressed by Emily’s work.

When my grandmother fell ill we had to find someone to help her get through the process of moving into memory care. We had no idea how difficult things would become. We soon realized that handling her affairs was way too much for the family to deal with. It was very difficult, but we finally decided that we needed somebody to handle Grandma's properties and financial affairs. Everyone in our family now agrees how lucky we were to find Nate Parker. He handled everything from the sale of Grandma's house to getting her vehicles sold, her banking and even helped us find a wonderful place for Grandma to spend her last days. I really don't know what we would have done without Nate's help and I really don't even know if our family would still be in one piece were it not for Nate. He took all the stress out of the process so we could concentrate on enjoying her last couple of years with us. Thank you Nate!

I could not say enough good things about the "Excellent" customer service that I received from Nate Parker and his Team. Nate is very " Professional" and possesses "Great" skills in his profession. He will not tolerate any games that some banks play trying to slow down the process. Nate went out of his way to ensure me that he would finish my process before Christmas and did so. Thank you Nate and your Staff.

We recently had a problem with mr parker, Nate was very unprofessional in the way that he dealt with our family members. Mr. Parker took it upon himself to sell a family property without consulting anyone in the family to see if we thought that would be in my father's best interest. He said that he tried to contact us . He lied, using an address from 35 years ago. That is not an effort to contact, that is called putting up a smoke screen to cover his wrong doings. The list goes on and on but I don't want to judge him , the state bar will do that. Be careful when using Nate Parker and hold on tight because he very slippery.
