Years later I still stand behind my review…After engaging Mr. Parks it was difficult to communicate with him for updates and the paperwork involved. Failure to return phone calls and email. Pretty much walked with our retainer. Waste of time,,,and money.

I was impressed with his knowledge of law in this area and was very surprised to get a follow up email from him the next day loaded with great information and resources pertaining to my specific issues and problems with the landlord and the management company. Flash forward 4 months and those resources were instrumental in prevailing on a good chunk of the bigger of the issues. Reasonable rates, honest, and knows what he is talking about.
