Smokes in his office..he is very rude. He is unorganized..I went to see him and he filled out paperwork and handed me a folder and told me to return when I had it done and bring money for filing paperwork and all relevant documents and paperwork..upon returning it was like my first visit never happened..he did not have paperwork that he had done nor the stuff I had left at his office..I feel sorry for his staff
