I read the reviews and was psychologically prepared to deal with incompetence. My experience was the exact opposite. All parties arrives for closing early, so we started early. The receptionist Kim was very friendly. The attorney - Chris Little - was very polite, knowledgeable, and personable. If I met this guy outside of work, I would never guess he is a lawyer; very laid-back. The entire closing process took maybe 75mins, mostly due to my numerous questions - otherwise, we could've done it in 40mins. Overall, I have exactly zero complaints, other than the office being very far away. From the reviews, it seems to be a case-by-case experience based on your attorney. If you have Chris Little then you should be fine.

Worst closing experience I have had. Completely unprofessional. They made huge mistakes on their side and waited until we were at the closing table to address them. Did not even feel the need to be apologetic about it, we were not able to close as a result. Would not recommend this law firm to anyone.

Not easy

What kind of closing attorney doesn’t have candy on the table? All kidding aside, it was an efficient process at the closing table. The pre-closers were not accommodating to our (the Seller’s) schedule and as such forced a bifurcated closing.
