One star as their attorney Nicole Farrell , has NEGLECTED HER DUTIES - she is flat out neglecting her obligation & LABOR LAW! Since 11/17/25 when we discovered that sans ONE PIECE OF LINT ON A THREAD , was done before sending over $8K in PAYROLL to a broke down strip mall - NOT EVEN HER CERTIFICATION FORMS WAS SIGNED ! No ID , No utility bill , NO copies of said checks we have in our possession - A month ago , she agreed as we left FBI bldg, to contact USAA to see if there was video , NVR HEARD BACK ! We have sent the affidavits you asked for PROVING W/O a shadow of doubt we were here in Co , not San Diego - Nicole is treating this as if my husband dropped his check in the strrrt & we are asking her to find it - We are filing with State Bar , this is HIGHLY ILLEGAL & YOU ALL KNOW IT - What type of attorneys do you have that are this Pathetic ?

I reached out to this law firm hoping for structured legal guidance. Unfortunately, my experience was marked lack of attention to detail. I had to send the same request six times, before receiving an answer I was looking for. While Kevin appeared professional in tone (that I appreciated), the handling of my inquiry did not meet basic expectations. In my professional opinion, this was a sloppy job that could and should have been resolved with a single email. I’m genuinely unsure how a legal team can advise business clients without first understanding the full scope of the request. I wish you good luck if you choose to work with this firm—but I felt it necessary to share my experience.
