This firm was awesome. They were expedient and helped me win my case. They showed me what to focus on so that we didn't waste time (or my money) on things that don't work. If you’re looking for an attorney (family attorney in my case) I recommend them highly. They took the time to explain everything that was being done and guided me on what I needed to do on my end which I appreciated. They also have a user friendly client portal so it was easy to upload documents, see my bills, and also see any new documents that needed to come to my attention. I hired Matthew Day for a child custody modification, and it has been the most expensive mistake of my life. I have paid approximately $4,500, and the firm is now demanding another (about) $5,000 totaling nearly $9,500 for less than seven months of work. Despite this massive bill, my case never even left the "scheduling" phase. Here is what you can expect if you hire this firm: 1. Zero Advocacy: I provided extensive evidence of safety concerns, boundary violations, and illegal activity by the other party. I was billed for the firm to "review" these emails, but they failed to file a single protective motion or include any of these protections in the "Agreed Order." I essentially paid thousands of dollars for an order that ignored my child’s safety needs. 2. Poor Communication: I found out about my own court hearing by checking the public ODCR website myself. The firm failed to notify me and then gave me conflicting information about whether I needed to attend just two days before the hearing. 3. Lack of Transparency: When I asked for a full itemized trust ledger to see how my $4,500 was spent, the firm refused to provide it in writing. Instead, they threatened to withdraw from my case unless I stopped asking for the ledger and agreed to a phone call to "explain" the charges. 4. Case Stagnation: My case was recently "stricken" from the court docket. I am being billed for "work" while my case sits dead in the water. If you want a lawyer who will take your money, ignore your evidence, and threaten to quit when you ask for running ledger, hire Matthew Day. If you want results and honesty, look elsewhere.

Never answered the phones or ever communicated anything was told I had 2 options never gave me a choice had already decided for me before they even called charged me so much money and barely did anything now are still charging me even more for document reviews and uploads and court runs when they filed last month to end representing me never had the same lawyer for anything so they just kept pushing dates because the lawyer they had over my case only works like 2 days a week Update after leaving a bad review charging me for even more court runs when they stop representing me over a month ago 7k in aliittle over 3 months one first court the other party nor thier lawyer showed up so was dismissed second court date was just a class that they did nothing at then the third court appearance there for 2 minutes just to push the dates before the judge even came in

Communication is terrible. Other party in my case got what they wanted while I received thousands in invoice charges with no clear details on where the money was going. Also you get to deal with the rude paralegal more than your actual attorney. And when you look at said invoices most of the work done is by the paralegal and charged to her.

Isaiah is a great person to represent you, considering it was my first time in real trouble with the law he made it to where the process wasn’t so confusing and had my back for sure!!!

I would not recommend hiring Isaiah Parsons based on my recent experience. In my opinion, the quality of representation provided in my boyfriend’s case was inadequate, and communication was consistently poor. Mr. Parsons often took two to three days to respond to calls or text messages, making it extremely difficult to stay informed and prepared. After I expressed concerns about how the case was being handled, he withdrew from the representation at the second court date. When we requested a refund, the explanations he provided for his fees did not appear consistent with the services we actually received. He also claimed to have completed tasks—such as assisting me in locating my towed vehicle or spending extended periods on the phone with us—that did not occur. Our phone conversations never exceeded approximately five minutes. I have screenshots showing long delays in communication, which was especially concerning because my boyfriend is an out-of-state client. We hired Mr. Parsons believing he would help guide my boyfriend through the process and strengthen his position in court, but in my experience, no meaningful effort was made to do so

Alexis and Mr Graham were very helpful on my case. I had the threat of being raked over the coals but came out on top. Im thankful.
