I would like to sure the details of my experience with attorney Dan Marran at PSH. I have been a client of PSH for almost ten years. Dan is a new attorney who came highly recommended from my colleague and classmate at Bishop Hendricken, Joshua Xavier. I also have several other attorneys at PSH handling other cases for me without issue. Dan was an excellent attorney in the beginning. He was very attentive, excellent at reading contract law and interpreting it. I had been working with Dan since June 2024 on a very complex case. We maintained daily email, text and phone dialogue during this entire period. On the night of Monday September 16 I was rushed to the hospital with symptoms of a heart attack. I was kept in the hospital until Thursday morning. During that time, Dan dropped me because it was “untenable” to represent a client with whom he had “no communication.” Keep in mind, if you have an emergency, hospitalization or death in the family with PSH they will not consider that. After four months of daily communication you can be dropped for 48 hours of no contact. Furthermore, upon contacting Dan when I left the hospital there was nothing pressing that needed to be addressed in the 48 hours. Opposing counsel had not returned our previous email, corporate was taking over some projects and we had a pre conference call which we had already discussed ad nauseam. If PSH no longer wanted to rep the case they should have said that instead of making up a weak excuse. I suggest that Dan takes some time to self reflect on his values as a man and a Christian. That is not the way to make partner. God bless you and I wish you the best.
