Told me they’d take my case. I send them all of the info, then “oh sorry we don’t take that type of case” after I had been passed onto a lawyer and uploaded all of my information to their app. I thought I had a lawyer? “Yes we will take the case” oops sorry never mind we don’t want to mess with it.

I was disappointed. I scheduled a consultation with Sara over the phone. She didn't answer or respond to email that I sent after our consultation appoint that she missed. She did email me before the consult to understand my situation, but never responded after the email. I understand we are all busy, but a quick message back stating not interested would have been nice.

Did not have my back and believe her client. Sara talked me up how she could take on my case. I believed in her and she made my situation worst. Leaving me hanging in a terrible situation. In response: Addition information that was not true and you did not back your client over false accusations. Isn’t that what a lawyer is for?!? Right when things started to get complicated with adverse party that has neglected my family. The time I needed a lawyer the most you left me hanging. You did NOT resolve ANY issues, you made it worst! I took your advice and it went against me and then you backed out on me when I needed you most! Not so easy to find a new attorney, when your originally attorney backs out on you, making it harder to hire a new one. In an extremely time sensitive matter! As there are deadlines and when they broke the law changing the locks without a court order before the three days you did nothing to help me! Still not getting access to the rest of my belongings!
