I want to let everyone know about this law firm or atheist that's what they call it.This place is a joke to say the least!I have dealt with them for 3 years was granted my ssi but then the state of new york said I owe them and they took all my cash except for what they gave the lawyer.When I called to find out they couldn't tell me anything!If you really want a lawyer I would strongly advise looking a whole new direction and remember just because they have alot of names on their front door doesn't mean your going to get a real lawyer I had 3 in 3years but the funny thing is they want yo get paid but they don't look at the professional part of this whole situation.I was never prepped as they Said I would and my court I met my lawyer for the first time and that was over the phone.I don't like being nasty but I would hate to see someone else who has absolutely nothing fall for the same ignorance i did.

I regret ever engaging with these people from point a-z. They didn’t remind me or notify me of my hearing dates. I missed two hearing dates because of bad communication. They had an attitude when I had questions. Fast fwd past a lot of disrespect. This comes down to the fees that were taken out after I eventually got my hearing that I missed again because the hearing time wasn’t accurate. Nearly $1000 of my earnings went to Pasternick law firm. I wouldn’t advise ANYONE to go to these lying snakes.

Dealing with workers comp cases & finding a good law firm can be very stressful ontop of being injured, but the team of lawyers & paralegals are extremely knowledgeable & helpful.I’ve been recently assign a new Paralegal Madison & she is definitely the best so far! I can definitely tell Madison cares about helping others & it’s not just a job for her !

Communication was nonexistent. Had to wait weeks for a response most of the time. Case is still open, 6 yrs in , n the paralegal said there’s nothing goin on in the case. I possibly have permanent neck injuries and they haven’t done much in the way of trying to help add the neck to my case nor convince me that they’re actively fighting on my behalf. I say permanent because I just had neck surgery 3 months ago and still getting symptoms. Hoping time will heal the neck stuff. Def not a pleasant experience with Pasternack

I have an ongoing workers comp case they take forever to respond to me in an email. I don’t get calls about my case and when I do call, nobody is not available. Also, I’ve been going through paralegals every time I turn around I have a new Paralegal and I’m never notified either Everyone seems to have positive workers comp case except for me. I don’t know what’s going on.
