I had cases against Patrick way back in the day when I was on the defense side, and have gotten advice from him since I switched sides, particularly since I am not licensed in TN. Patrick is smart and thorough, but most especially a consummate professional. Several years back we were on opposing sides at a mediation in Rome, GA. We couldn't come to an agreement on resolving the case, but what struck me the most was that afterwards he passed me as I was walking several blocks to my car with my hands full of binders & heels on. He stopped and offered me a ride. That speaks volumes, and a lawyer that is both tough but professional is the very best kind in my humble opinion. Highly recommend.
