This review is about a year over-due, but Craig Patrick and Austin Langford deserve every star they earned in this review. They swiftly and professionally handled a lemon law case for my Panamera Turbo which was purchased in Los Angeles, serviced in Dallas and driven in Louisiana- without ever going to court. They even recovered costs for improvements I made on the car such as; built-in radar detector and window tint. Because Craig & Austin left matters on such a positive note with Porsche, I'm considering purchasing another one.

I would NOT recommend this law firm. I mainly worked with Austin and to summarize my situation they were not handling the case how I wanted them to and their work had plenty errors. They insisted that Ford does not buy back vehicles, as I was having issues with my 22’ Bronco Sport, and tried to get me to just settle. After numerous times of telling them I wanted to go for a buy back option, they send me the demand letter to approve before sending it off to Ford and first off they had “he” throughout the entire letter, I’m a female, and they did NOT include a buy back option in the demand letter whatsoever. After speaking to Austin on the phone for over an hour (after I told the main attorney that I had called him twice in that week and I got no answer or call back) Austin finally called me almost immediately. I came to the conclusion they just want a quick and easy check. We parted ways and I ended up handling the case on my own and Ford approved and purchased my vehicle back from me. Also, months after parting from them I received an email with another customer’s personal information about a check they were going to receive. Obviously they sent it to the wrong person which that is very unprofessional if you ask me. They do not double check their work all they want is a quick check from you. Save your time and money and go with someone else or handle it on your own.

So I recently purchased a 2024 Chevy Trax for my daughter. Not even a few months into ownership, the vehicle began having issues with the power windows , the infotainment center, & electronic dashboard. After the dealership’s numerous attempts to fix the issues, I decided GM must be held accountable and contacted the Patrick Law Firm.
